The home features top-tier UV/HEPA/Humidity air filtration and water purification systems throughout, and we exclusively use all-organic products. It’s a literal breath of fresh air and a smart home with Ring alarm system. Outside, the backyard is pure bliss. Imagine unwinding on the relaxing patio, firing up the barbecue, cozying up by the gas fire pit, and watching the hummingbirds zip across the beautiful green yard.

The Details Your Stay, Your Way We want you to feel right at home from day one, so we offer flexible options to fit your style: • Bring Your Own Furniture: $1,400 / month ($1,400 security deposit) style: • Furnished room with 42“ TV (+as shown): $1600/month ($1600 security deposit) Let’s talk about the possibilities and your needs. A 1/3 share contribution toward the Electric, Gas, and Water is required. To keep our household safe, happy, and harmonious for everyone, we require a background check and proof of income. We will provide our background check as well.

We are a household that completely respects individual daily rhythms and personal boundaries. We keep reasonable nighttime quiet hours for the benefit of everyone.
