Nice 3 bedroom house with technically two roommates but in practice only really one. I own the house and am moving in with my girlfriend (Keeping the smallest bedroom just in case). You would be in the middle sized bedroom, comes unfurnished with the exception of a 32 inch TV thats mounted on the wall with a Fire TV stick included. The common area upstairs and downstairs are pretty large, my current roommate keeps to himself downstairs mostly playing his video games. The upstairs common area would be accessable to you and includes multiple 75 inch TVs. This is a very nerdy house, so gaming, board games, and other nerdy interests would fit in well!

My roommate works M-F normal hours. Im probably only in the home now about once every two or three weeks just to check on things and make sure everything is well maintained. The pictures were taken as is, so you can see there’s occasionally a dish in the sink, and we are not going to nitpick, but also that it’s generally clean and well-kept. We are both quite laid back and easy to live with, and prior to me moving in with my GF, we’d been roommates for close to 5 years.
