New construction home offering private room in the Cane Bay Summerville area. The MUSC new campus is soon to be built in 2027 and is only about 3 miles away or roughly 7 minutes drive. Nexton square and the newly built hospital is only a 10 minute drive away. Rent is $850 flat rate so bills are included in this. I’m ok with flexible lease options for short or long term stays. Someone wanting to rent for a longer timeframe though will have priority. I can’t stress this enough but I do not care about your gender and my friend Jessica will tell you the same. All new appliances throughout the home. There is one room available starting July 1st. The rooms are about 9 1/2 by 12 feet give or take each with their own closet. The home has 2.5 bathrooms. You’ll share the bathroom with one other person. I will be remodeling the bathrooms for walk in showers once I’m able to do so. While I’m very pet friendly I do not have a fence at this time for any pets. I’m sorry if that is a deal breaker. Feel free to ask me anything about the property/rooms.
I work overnights at my job so if you work dayshift hours you can think of it as your own place. I’ve lived in Charleston half my life and know the different areas well.
