Bills are included with the rent so $900 flat rate. Flexible lease options but I prefer a minimum 6 month lease and you’ll have the option to renew. No limit on long term rental. I do not care about your gender and my friend Jessica will tell you the same. If you’re a female that just wants to have female roommates I do not want your backwards way of thinking in my home anyway. I dislike people who can’t coexist with the opposite sex today.

This is a brand new home with all new appliances. There are two rooms available starting June 30th. The rooms are about 9 1/2 by 12 feet give or take each with their own closet. The home has 2.5 bathrooms. You’ll share the bathroom with one other person. Will be remodeling the bathrooms for walk in showers once I’m able to do so. This location is about 5 minutes from the Publix in Cane Bay Summerville. While I’m very pet friendly I do not have a fence at this time for any pets, sorry. I work overnights at my job so if you work dayshift hours you can think of it as your own place. I’ve lived in Charleston half my life and know the different areas well.
