I’m open to living in almost any part of charleston right now. I’ve lived here in Charleston most of my life and can recommend some great food spots if you’re kinda new to Charleston. Happy to help a roommate with their car maintenance as well. People shouldn’t have to pay for easy car repairs they might be able to do themselves.
If anyone is interested in buying a HOUSE with me as a co-signer I have two properties in mind built brand new this year. To be clear, no money is exchanged with me. We could request a tour of the home with the realtor and see the homes in person. These are multiple homes that are selling at $279,990 or $249,990 and the other homes are selling at $414,000. With the homes being 3 bedrooms I figure we could rent out the 3rd room for additional income. Basically, instead of renting it would be more advantageous to own.
