I’m looking for a roommate to occupy the other room, the rent is $2000 so and WiFi is included, Light is separate but we can just work that out with your rent . You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, also washer dryer already set up….You only have to pay first month, The complex is called Harbour pines and it’s nice and close to everything right off US1….I do have a 5 year old full time but he is in school during the day and when he comes home in the evening he will be in my room at night…. no security deposit needed …the room will already have the bed and desk furnished for you to keep in your room if you want…..if you can have background and credit check updated that would be awesome
