I’m looking for a roommate to occupy the other room, the rent is $1800 so you would pay half of that. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, also washer dryer already set up….You only have to pay first month rent and just have to meet the background check and credit check , The lease started already and ends march 16th 2027 but looking for roommate to move in end of May or early June , The complex is called Harbour pines and it’s nice and close to everything right off US1….I do have a 5 year old full time but he is in school during the day and when he comes home in the evening he will be in my room at night
