Private downstairs room available in a newer home (2024) on the east side of Clovis,in a quiet neighborhood and adjacent to an almond orchard and walking path.
The room includes a keyed lock, closet, cable and internet access, parking, and furnishing is available if desired or needed. The bathroom will be shared in the future, but for now it is private.
Shared spaces are kept clean and organized, with a fully-equipped kitchen and dedicated cabinet/storage space for each roomie.
The backyard has a patio area and heated swim spa for exercise or relaxing.
Fixed utilities and services are included. Variable utilities are split separately. Solar helps keep the PGE costs down.

Flexible lease options are available. Most pets are welcome (no large aquariums). Multiple occupancy can be considered.
I work from home for now, so the house stays well-maintained and issues get addressed quickly. The overall atmosphere is quiet, clean, and fairly low-key.
Iām respectful of privacy and generally keep to myself, though Iām friendly and easy to get along with. Guests are fine (in moderation) as long as everyone is considerate of shared spaces and quiet hours.
