Private room available in a newer home (2024) on the east side of Clovis,in a quiet neighborhood and adjacent to an almond orchard and walking path.

The room includes a keyed lock, closet, cable and internet access, parking, and furnishing is available if desired or needed.

Shared spaces are kept clean and organized, with a fully-equipped kitchen and dedicated cabinet/storage space for each roomie.

The backyard has a patio area and heated swim spa for exercise or relaxing.

Fixed utilities and services are included. Variable utilities are split separately. Solar helps keep the PGE costs down.

Good fit for students, professionals, remote workers, or anyone looking for a more peaceful home environment. Current housemates are all clean, considerate, and friendly.

The lease is month-to-month. Most pets are welcome (no large aquariums).

I work from home for now, so the house stays well-maintained and issues get addressed quickly. The overall atmosphere is quiet, clean, and fairly low-key.

I’m respectful of privacy and generally keep to myself, though I’m friendly and easy to get along with. Guests are fine (in moderation) as long as everyone is considerate of shared spaces and quiet hours.

The house is currently 2m/1f and everyone here is friendly, clean, quiet, and considerate.
