About the room

Hi there! I’m just about finished renovating my home, so I don’t have final photos quite yet, but I’m starting to look for the right roommate/tenant for my furnished master suite beginning in early June. About the house:

I’m a single woman living in a newly renovated 3-bedroom home in Garfield, conveniently located near Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Shadyside, and several local colleges/universities.

The house has all new flooring, kitchen, bathroom, AC, washer/dryer, and more. It’s clean, comfortable, and intentionally peaceful.

I share the home with my cat, Benjamin, who is genuinely the best roommate imaginable.

The furnished master suite is $1,200/month and includes all utilities and internet. You’d only be responsible for personal items like food, toiletries, and laundry detergent.

I’m open to month-to-month, short-term, or longer-term arrangements.

I work from home, so having someone relatively quiet and respectful of shared space is important.

I’d especially love to find a graduate, master’s, or PhD student, though that’s absolutely not a requirement for the right fit.
