Greetings Possible Future Roomie: My name is Ginny (age 59) of Virginia Beach, VA. I’m a professional Skin Care Consultant for major department stores, such as: Macy’s. I have worked in the beauty care industry for over 35 years.
Currently, I have a two-bedroom apartment and I’m opening the extra bedroom to rent to a female with no children. Males need NOT apply.
The fully furnished bedroom is available TODAY. This is a large bedroom with a queen-size bed. This bedroom shares a bath. It also has a closet and dresser drawer. We share the common areas: kitchen, washer & dryer, formal living room, and dining areas. There’s plenty of HOT water.
The apartment is located in Virginia Beach, VA: 5 mins from LynnHaven Mall; 20 mins from Norfolk Naval Station, Downtown Norfolk, Chesapeake, 40 mins from Hampton, or 15 mins from Virginia Beach Board walk, or Chesapeake areas.

This is a smoke free apartment. No Drugs/No Drama/No Craziness.
There is a $40 Application/Background Check Fee. Non-Refundable. If the application is APPROVED, then we can proceed.
There is a $200 Security Deposit upon signing for the “Room for Rent Agreement.”
Upon exit, $100 will be retained for detailed cleaning – this is automatic. The remaining $100 will be returned to the “Exiting Housemate” within 10 business days of official exit. The “Housemate Exit Checklist” will be conducted to ensure all property within the responsibility of the housemate is accounted for and is in operational condition.
The new housemate agrees to stay for a minimum of three (3) Months. If the housemate decides to vacate in less than the three months stay, then the housemate forfeits the complete $200 security deposit. Therefore, vacating prior to the three (3) month minimum stay will then forfeit the security deposit, making it non-refundable. If we can help each other out, that would be great.
