I currently own and operate a tropical plant business on the property, called: Aloha Gardens, LLC.
Bedroom (BR) #3 will be available on the first of April. BR#3 is a Medium size BR on the second floor.
BR#3 shares a common bathroom with BR#2. The room is furnished and has its own medium size refrigerator, twin size bed, wall mounted mirror, dresser drawer, TV, closet, student desk w/chair.
There will be four of us (including you) living in the house. Two males and I already live in the house. BR#2 is occupied with a senior female.
The large family room towards the back of the house has been converted into a bedroom, currently occupied by a male.
We share the common areas: kitchen, washer & dryer, formal living room, and dining areas. There’s plenty of HOT water.
The house is located in Hampton, VA: Fifteen mins from NASA-Langley, JBE Langley AFB & NN Shipyard; twenty-mins from Norfolk Naval Station or Suffolk areas; or forty mins from Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, or Smithfield areas.
No indoor smoking or vaping. No Marijuana Smoking. No Pets/No Drugs/No Drama/No Craziness.
There is a forty-dollar Application/Background Check Fee. Non-Refundable. If the application is APPROVED, then we can proceed.
There is a $300 Security Deposit upon signing the “Housemate Renter’s Agreement.”
Upon exit, $100 dollars will be retained for detailed cleaning and sanitizing. This is automatic. The remaining amount ($200) is returned to you, within ten days of your exit, if all property is accounted for and is in operational condition.
Hello. This is Manny, the homeowner, and landlord. There are already three (3) males in the house. You would be the 4th person (Female). All of us have different work schedules, therefore, the household is pretty quiet. Everybody pretty much keeps to themselves and once in a while we’ll hang out and visit and get to know each other. It all depends on our work schedule.
