Welcome to The Sanctuary. If you like a clean, organized, and quiet home life while you pursue your dreams then you’ll love living here. Rent covers all utilities plus wifi, and a bi-weekly cleaning from our beloved housekeeper, Cinthia.
The house is 4 floors, so we each have our privacy.
There is a gym, jacuzzi bath, firepit, outdoor spaces, newer front end loading washer/dryer, original 1920s hardwood floors, ceiling fans, historic character, and two feline house-mascots. Feel free to ask anything else you’d like to know!
We are 1.15 hrs to NYC, Philadelphia, and the Poconos. 30min to New Hope, Lambertville, Doylestown, Easton, and High Bridge. 20min to Phillipsburg, Flemington, and Clinton. Buses into NYC pickup in Clinton, Flemington, New Hope, Lambertville, and there’s a train from High Bridge or Raritan.
