Rent covers water, sewer, electric, wifi, heat, oil, cleaning supplies, some paper goods, maintenance of all amenities, our landscaper, Drew, and a bi-weekly cleaning from our beloved housekeeper, Cinthia.
There is a gym, jacuzzi bath, firepit, outdoor spaces, brand-new front end loading washer/dryer, original 1920s hardwood floors, ceiling fans, historic character, and two feline house-mascots.
We are 1.15 hrs to NYC, Philadelphia, and the Poconos. 30min to New Hope, Lambertville, Doylestown, Easton, and High Bridge. 20min to Phillipsburg, Flemington, and Clinton. Buses into NYC pickup in Clinton, Flemington, New Hope, Lambertville, and there’s a train from High Bridge or Raritan.
Responsible, professional, clean and tidy, friendly but quiet, health conscious and environmentally considerate, habit-free (and one of us is allergic to Cannabis), creative, musical, and busy, lol. The house is 4 floors, so the vibe here is really one where we each have our privacy but with the added bonus of some friendly conversation. Feel free to ask anything else you’d like to know!
