I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a bedroom in a 5bd 2ba house in Squirrel Hill. It’s just one block from 61A, 61B, 61C, and 61D bus routes! The lease could start now or anytime before August. Lease is for a year with the option to continue past that. The room is large, with lots of natural light, and I could leave some of the furniture if desired (common areas are fully furnished).

The roommates are great! Three are women and one is a man. They’re young professionals and one CMU grad student.
