Hi ladies! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment starting immediately through the end of our lease in September (credit check required).

If it ends up being a mutual fit with my roommate, there may be an opportunity to stay permanently after that, as I moved across the country for work.

A few non-negotiables:

No random people constantly coming in and out, especially random hookups
Cleanliness is a must — common areas should always stay clean (your room is your business lol)

About my roommate: She works a corporate 9–5, so we’d love to find another corporate girlie with a similar schedule and lifestyle.
