The room: Private attached bathroom Two closets (one walk-in + one standard) Plenty of room for a bed, desk, dresser, and still lots of extra space

The apartment: Fully furnished living room and kitchen Cozy, clean, and truly feels like a sanctuary Rent is $1,800/month (half of total rent). Hi ladies! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment starting immediately through the end of our lease in September (credit check required).

If it ends up being a mutual fit with my roommate, there may be an opportunity to stay permanently after that, as I moved across the country for work.

About my roommate: She works a corporate 9–5, so we’d love to find another corporate girlie with a similar schedule and lifestyle.

A few non-negotiables: No random people constantly coming in and out, especially random hookups Cleanliness is a must — common areas should always stay clean (your room is your business lol) Contributing to household essentials like water, paper towels, etc.

We’ve built such a peaceful, beautiful home, and my roommate and I take a lot of pride in our space. We get along well, and I really want to help set her up with someone who will be a great fit.
