I am looking for a roommate in my 2 bed/2 bath condo in Arvada, off 64th & Ward. High ceilings, updated appliances & 1,300 square feet. It would be for the master bedroom, with attached bathroom. The roommate also would get the garage space. Asking $1,100. Happy to do month to month for the right person. Open to well behaved dogs, no cats as I am allergic.

I am 34 year old with an AI startup and travel roughly 1/2 the month, so you’ll have the place to yourself more often than not. I love to travel, ski, learn & am pretty much always on the go. When I am in Colorado, I will work from home, but from my room setup. I am very clean, and would like a roommate who is as well in common areas.
