i everyone, I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Santa Clara Square starting around June 9 🏡
My current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom and sign a new lease together. I’ve really enjoyed living here, so I’d love to stay if I find the right fit.
The apartment / community
Santa Clara Square has been a great place to live. The apartment is modern, the community is friendly, and the amenities are really nice. There’s a gym, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and a beautiful park right nearby.
The location is one of the best parts. Whole Foods, Pacific Catch, Chipotle, coffee, restaurants, shops, and Santa Clara Square are all walkable. It’s super convenient, but still feels calm and residential.
The bedroom is unfurnished, and some of the common-area furniture may change since my current roommate is taking some things with him. So there’s room to bring your own stuff and help shape the space a bit.

I’m German, but I grew up in Maryland and moved to the Bay Area about two years ago to work at a startup. Outside of work, I like going to the gym here, Argentine tango, evening hot tub runs, and staying active.
As a roommate, I enjoy hanging out and having good conversations, but I’m also respectful of personal space and like keeping the home calm, clean, and comfortable.
