Looking for 1-2 students to take over the lease on a huge downstairs primary/master bedroom (with ensuite and large walk-in closet). $900/month. My partner and I currently pay $1,100/month, but our lease doesn’t end until July. If you were to rent the room, we would cover $150 until our lease is up (you would pay $950/month for June and July, then $900/month thereafter). We already paid the rent for May, but you could move in as early as mid-May. The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (you would be the only room downstairs). Shared laundry room, kitchen, and living rooms. The homeowner is looking for a dependable and respectful person or two to take over the lease. $900/month (utilities not included). Strictly no pets.
