About the room
The space that is for rent is downstairs. There are two bedrooms and a private bathroom. The washer and dryer are downstairs as well. Shared areas include the kitchen, living room, and garage space. There is some storage space available in the garage too for tools or whatever. There’s a gated yard with a well-manicured lawn maintained by the property owner. The neighborhood is very quiet, all my neighbors are very friendly and I love them all! My boss actually owns this property, and I rent from him. I will handle the showings though. He owns the company where I work. His name is Marty, he is awesome, he will handle the lease agreement and stuff.
About the roomies
My son, his girlfriend, and I live upstairs. We are quiet, hardworking people, we get along well with pretty much everyone. A little bit about me, I am 41, my name is Chris. I am a Hazmat technician, but I’m in the middle of starting a business so I’m very busy with that. Quite often I’m out of town visiting my girlfriend who lives in Greeley. Or I’m out riding my mountain bike, or hitting a trail on my dirt bike. We’re all pretty busy here but we keep to ourselves. We want a potential roommate to feel like their privacy and space is respected. My current roommate is moving out at the end of May. I will miss her a lot. We keep things very professional around here. Very uplifting and upbeat environment. We keep shared spaces clean. Dishes are not piled up in the sink. The furniture that’s in the living room right now will be gone when my current roommate moves out, so if you have some furniture you would like to bring that’s totally cool.
