A beautiful “studio” type room with queen bed, table for 2, desk, dresser, ample closet, TV, comfortable chair, shared kitchen & bathroom, access to a small enclosed patio, pool, small gym. There are dividing saloon doors at the entrance to the area that has the studio, bathroom & kitchen to provide added privacy. My condo is small, but clean & beautiful! The caveat is that I sleep in the main great room with my sleeping area sectioned by a room divider. Thus, I seek a housemate that has the same schedule as I (early to bed, early to rise) so that the traffic through the area I use is at a minimum during late hours. My last housemate was with me for 2 years, and it worked beautifully!

I live alone, work 2 jobs, and am out a great deal (occassionally I housesit), so you’d have a good amount of solitude! I am peaceful, neat, clean, respectful, quiet, drama-free, substance free, have very few guests (I tend to socialize elsewhere- Santa Fe is a fun place!) and truly enjoy sharing my home with another like individual. I tend not to see much of housemates due to my schedule, but I find it pleasant to have another positive person around. I find the “community” of a houseshare enjoyable. I am a minimalist, and look for someone similar, in that belongings are streamlined (small condo… less to maintain). Note that we have neighbors above, and thus you will hear some tolerable noise now & again… condo life! Finally, I work for the State of NM and therefore hold a successful background check myself. I require prospective tenants to complete a background check of my choice, at their expense. Delinquencies, collections, poor credit, etc., will disqualify candidates.
