Private sink, vanity, mirror, and medicine cabinet attached to the bedroom, then a locking door (on each end of the bath) joining the tub, shower, and toilet. This is a “Jack and Jill style” bath in between two bedrooms that is only accessible to the two bedrooms that have private vanities/sinks in each bedroom (semi-private bath…it is not accessible to the main household).

About the roomies
I am a retired veteran with a mobility Sheep-A-Doodle Service Dog that is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is super friendly.
The house is modern, clean, and quiet. I respect your privacy. The rooms are big, and there are board games in the living room and a large popcorn machine in the kitchen if you choose to invite guests for movies and game nights. There is a smokeless wood-burning fire pit, patio furniture, grills, pyramid glass patio heaters, tables & chairs across three patios for entertaining, lounging, roasting marshmallows, and cooking outdoors.
This is a smoke free home. All appliances are available for use, rooms have desks, wifi printer/scanner, document shredder, flat-screen TVs, iron & ironing board, the list goes on and on…
