I’m moving out of a shared room in Santa Monica in July and looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends in October. It’s a 5 minute walk to SMC and perfect for students. Utilites are gas and electric, around 30 dollars a month. The house is sort of furnished, there is a couch and a dining table with chairs in the living room. The bedroom is fully furnished and I would be leaving everything including the sheets.

All my other roommates are moving out in June and they’re looking for people to take over their leases as well. So if you have friends you want to room with, that would be great, but otherwise, others will almost definitely be smc students
