The apartment comes furnished with common area furniture-You’ll need to bring your own bed. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry and parking included. Water and trash are covered in the rent. The apartment is gated and neighborhood is quiet and residential and perfect for studying or working from home if needed. No smoking.
