About the room
I have an apartment 960 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bath. The bedroom is the master bedroom so it’s large. I reside across the street from Santa monica college I have a common area downstairs w BBQ n fire pit 30-45 min walk to the beach 3 miles, there is Virginia park 2-3 blocks walking w a library alot of eateries.

There are 6 units on the property everyone is nice n friendly (no children). I’ve resided here for 18 years. I’m down to earth clean drama free. I’m active in the community. I attend mass on sundays. I work alot.
