It’s a newly renovated unit in a little apartment building in a quiet neighborhood. It has an open floor plan, hardwood floors, new appliances.
It has a big lot out back, plenty of room for parking and walking around (grills and fire pits have been set up too). Storage is available for an additional monthly fee, as well as a covered garage.
Laundry is shared between all the units, but there are only a handful so there’s not much competition.
The property is smoke-free and pet-free, so keep that in mind!
You’d be living with me! I’m a student and work in an office, so I’m out of the house a lot. I’m a very neat and tidy person, so you won’t really catch me making a huge mess or leaving stuff all over the place.
In my free time I like to watch hockey, write, compose, make video games, and whatnot. I also enjoy puzzles and crosswords.
