I’m a UVM physics student, currently a sophomore, going into junior year.

I’m currently approved for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Essex Junction and am looking for a roommate to sign a lease with and split the bill. Total rent is $1750, so split evenly it’d be $875. Only thing not included in rent is electricity and internet. Other than that, it’s a pretty quaint property, newly renovated, big lot out back for parking and hanging out, in a quiet neighborhood with lots of land and trees.

I personally am a pretty laid-back guy who likes a calm, quiet life. I keep my space tidy and am diligent when it comes to taking care of the place, doing chores, paying bills, etc.
