Hello :) We have a Room for rent with private bathroom available now. Rent includes bills, Wifi, and parking, as well as space and access to the kitchen for light cooking.

The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, off Newport/215 fwy and right by Mt. San Jacinto college. There are many shops & restaurants located near by (Target, Ralphs, Stater Bros, etc.)

Looking for responsible, clean tenant who work outside of home. Month to month lease.

Requirements to move in are 1st month, low $450 deposit ($1,400 total), and proof of income.

No laundry. No pets. No smoking indoors.

2 other males live in the home but are usually out working or out of town. Very respectful, friendly and keep to themselves. The home keeps a serene and quiet ambiance perfect to relax in at all times.
