The apartment is located in Shadyside, a safe and vibrant neighborhood, and very close to multiple bus routes, making commuting super convenient. It’s a fully furnished 2B apartment with a clean and quiet environment. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, app-operated laundry in the building, and easy access to grocery stores like Aldi and Giant Eagle (about a 10-minute walk), along with cafes and restaurants nearby. The space available is set up in the living area as in hall converted to room , which is separated with full-length curtains(stitched together so no visibility from outside) that provide privacy and make it feel like a comfortable, enclosed space. The setup includes a mattress, desk, chair, lamps, and closet/storage space, so it’s move-in ready. There’s also additional common space (like the dining area) that can be used freely if you need more room to work or relax. Theres plenty of space outside with greenery for walking and there is also roof access which is huge if you would like to do yoga or just listen to music there! Overall, it’s a great option for someone looking for an affordable, short-term stay in a convenient location.

The apartment is shared with two female roommates who are both very respectful, clean, and mindful of privacy. Everyone tends to keep to their own space, and the environment is generally quiet and comfortable. We’ve all taken turns using this setup before, so there’s a good understanding of boundaries and shared living. From June onwards, both roommates will be interning in Pittsburgh, so they’ll be out most of the day, meaning the apartment is often quite empty during daytime hours. Overall, it’s a relaxed and easy-going living situation, especially for someone looking for a peaceful and low-maintenance place to stay for the summer.
