Easily one of the best pockets of West Asheville. The space sits under a large tree that provides great shade and keeps your van cool. You’ll hear birds most of the day and it’s a very peaceful setting. Details: $350/month for the parking spot only No access to the inside of the house Optional add-ons (can be discussed): Mail access Electricity Garbage + recycling WiFi All-in total with utilities: $525/month negotiable Important expectations: Absolutely no using the bathroom outside or disposing of any human waste on the property This is a quiet, low-key environment — ideally looking for someone very self-sufficient who keeps to themselves Minimal footprint — the goal is that your presence blends in and is not disruptive to the household or neighbors.
