The house sits on 1/2 acre on a residential street, yet close to restaurants and bars. The house has a basement with laundry, wi-fi, internet, cable tv. Many common spaces, living room, den, dining room, and large kitchen, plenty of storage. Off-street parking. Month to month terms but prefer at least six months.

Currently, the roommates are all male professionals, but all are welcome. Roommates are various ages from 20’s to 70’s. I live in Santa Fe, NM, but my long-term tenant shows the rooms for me.
