Nice apartment that was renovated just before I moved in last year. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Near SMC, downtown Santa Monica, Ocean Park, and Venice neighborhoods. Great location is the main reason I want to stay here!

New roommate will be sharing the space with me and my little dog. I am 26, working in advertising. I work from home 3 days a week, away at the office for the other 2. I keep it pretty low-key on weekdays and evenings. On weekends I’m usually trying to get out hiking, at the beach, or a park, or a concert, or something else that’s fun! I love skiing, camping, hiking, all that outdoors stuff. When I’m home I like reading or being crafty/artsy.

As a roommate I keep things fairly tidy, I’m not a neat/clean freak by any means, but do my best to keep things mostly in their place and out of the way. Keeping the bathroom and kitchen clean (main shared spaces as roomies) is a bigger deal for me - have had poor experiences with messy roommates there in the past. So all I ask is that you wash your dishes, and help keep the bathroom fairly clean. Otherwise if you leave some things out here and there I don’t mind at all, can easily live with that.

Looking for someone else that is also pretty low-key, but maybe down to go out every once in a while (with or without me, just looking for the same vibe as myself!).
