I have 24/7 smart security system. You will have keyless entry, parking is curbside and utilities are included with the rent. Those utilities are (water, gas, electricity, internet). I will not allow any drama, no smoking or vaping inside my house. I have front porch with a bench and side table. No overnight guests. Not pets at this time. I do have a cat but will stay out if your space 100% of the time.
Both rent and deposit are due at the time of your move.
I have biweekly rates but those will be discussed in person.

There are no prorates. Your rent will be due each month from the day you moved in. Example {(say you moved in January 15, your rent will due each month on the 15)}.
Verification, I ask that you verify (ID) through this app to be considered. Your name on this iID verification will need to match your drivers license. If you’re military you will need to have both your military ID and your drivers license with you at the time of the interview. You will also need to be employed to get this room. I will need references before your scheduled interview. Those are previous landlords, supervisor, coworker and 1 close relative. Both contact information and address of your employer.
Minimum stay for this room is 6 months. I will need 30 days advance notice before your 6 months expire, if you plan on moving.
