Furnished Room for rent for 1 person only. Room comes with a twin XL trundle bed with a new mattress. Also in this room is a highboy dresser and a desk with a nightstand. You have your own closet space.

Utilities are included with the rent. Those are (water, gas, electricity and internet)

I have Vivint smart home security. 24hr/7 days a week surveillance on the property. Keyless entry, central air and heat, washer and dryer. I will do your laundry at no extra cost. Excluding ironing.

No pets, no drama, no overnight guests, no smoking or vaping inside my home. I have a nice front porch with a bench and side table for your smoking habits.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, outgoing, honest, respectful and trustworthy. I am seeking someone who will take care of my house when I’m not available.

References are a must and those are from previous landlords, supervisors, coworker, and your closest next of kin. Drivers license and now background checks are required to get this room. Anyone interested in this room will need to be employed.

Minimum stay is 8 months. No prorates, your rent will be due each day from the date you moved in. {( example, so you moved in April 22 your rent will be due each month on the 22nd. This is just an example.)}. But see how simple it is?

I work and on my free time I like to cook, listen to music, take my cat out for a stroll or work around my house.
