Catalina Club the office manager always takes care of any issues which I’ve not had very many issues in this complex. I lived here over three times a total of 20 plus years I live in a quiet building section with seniors so I don’t have any partying here. no cops, total peace, and quiet. They’re very nice neighbors and keep themselves, but as long as there’s no loud stuff, they’ll be fine with anyone being here. A new owner bought it they were going to put new roofs on which they did do the grounds work new plants get the parking lot fixed what theyre doing now and the pool is supposed to be ready next so because of hurricane season in Florida and growing up around here, I did come in here because of the new roof and I live upstairs two bedroom two full bath. I have a new washer and dryer air fryers tons of gadgets and appliances as long as you’re respectful, you can use them. I have a very peaceful Drama free life my grandbabies visit often through very well manner and behave not wild children lol and just looking for a roommate because I wanna go back to school full-time and I can’t do that unless I have a roommate to help with bills I’m a local girl happily single no Drama so please have none if you apply for my ad. Thank you. At the moment, I turned the second room, which would be yours and into a playroom but when my daughter stayed here, I took all those toys out and cubicles, and I put them in an area in my dining room, which was fine and out of the way and look fine so there’s a couch in a big chair in there because I got a new set so being a playroom I loved it in there. You can use that or we can get rid of it and sell it so you can get your own furniture if you plan on staying for a while my daughter I had a full bedroom set, but she took the bedroom set when she moved out recently because she needed it so I will be your room. You can have a key total privacy like I said, I’m looking for someone we could be kind of friends and hang out if we want to or do our own thing and have our own space.
Just me myself and I. I’m quiet wouldn’t mind if we had a roommate that wanted their own space or to hang out and make dinner sometimes for each other that would be fine. Looking for someone that could be friends with, but we can still do our own stuff. I live drive overnight shift so I’m hardly here at night and sleep most of the day unless I gotta get up and do something like gym/errands. But I’m just a good person looking to help somebody else and get some help myself.
