First off I’m gonna say I only put $600 a month rent but I can pay more once I get my bills cut up no problem. I just helping my daughter put me behind on my important things. I’m almost caught up but not yet for another month or so. Long story short version I’m a very down earth kind loving honest person. I recently gave up my place to go get my deposit back and move in w my daughter so she could keep her house and live the dream of being w my two grandbabies as their nanny because her and her fiancé broke up unfortunately she wasn’t able to stay there so she had to go move in with my friend with her two toddlers leading me to figure out where I’m gonna go so since I took all my money and gave it to her to keep her house and that did not work out because I think k the owner of the house decided to sell it now . .I only had one friend I was living with Recently but I let her live there and take my tiny Room over because she has children and I don’t. I’ve had my own place since I was 18 never had a roommate, have great references but at this point I’m I have nowhere to go. Basically I haven’t told many family or friends because I don’t want them to think I’ve lost my mind for giving up my place For my daughter to be able to have less bills to help her .I put my stuff in storage and I’m pretty much couch hopping/hotels right now for the first time my life. I don’t really drink. I’ve never done a drug in my life. I know my profile here sounds like probably I’m lying, but I can give you plenty of references of people who really know me. I was at the School Board for 17 years and I semi retired. I took six months of a time off, basically some pension money out to start my own business so that I could stay home with my grandkids because I didn’t want my daughter to pay over $3000 in daycare fees for two kids plus I used to do Vpk for 30 years before I had my job as a supervisor of custodial being a Head Custodian at the School Board for almost 17 years. I can’t go back to my job until September 1 because when you draw money out, you get penalized for six months you can’t work for the School Board but I left with a supervisor position so I’m sure I won’t have a problem getting another position when one’s available so until then I have my own little business kinda like left DoorDash I do very well. I never make a minimal of $100 a day so right now I’m trying to save up some money really quick because I still had to pay my car payment and other bills. I just got that caught up from helping my daughter at the point in my life where I have to let her go Tomoriw up and just worry about me now I took me giving up my home to realize this. I love cooking looking to have a Room Mate or we could hang out sometime and then have our own space. I don’t mind animals, but if you have a cat, my friend I was staying at had four cats that were on the table stove. It was just yucky so I’m not allergic to cats. I’m just allergic to people who don’t keep the place clean. I’m very clean not OCD but close lol my prior landlady at Catalina Club told me not to kill my apartment but I think about helping my kid I live in the dream of being with your grandbabies every day although I didn’t happen not on my choice someone told me to go on here and try to find a roommate so here I am I don’t party although after all this stress, I really could use a nice glass of wine lol I don’t really party. Haven’t been to the bar in like 20 years. I love to cook. I’m very clean. I have all my stuff to fill up a house in Storage so if you need me to bring with me a Keurig machine that makes all the drinks like Starbucks does or an air fryer. I can do that too. I usually juice in the morning eat pretty healthy. I drive all night and sleep until about 1 o’clock in the afternoon because the money is really great and really can’t pick up any bad habits for me because all I do is work and go to the gym she told me they wouldn’t have another place for me at Catalina Club until September 1 so I figured I’d try to go out here if I could find a good roommate that’s comfortable and we can be friendly like I would stay a long time. I just can’t believe this is happening. I think I’m going to shock and I haven’t hit me up someone that does. I’m hoping already find a remain somewhere safe I don’t want to bring my grandkids so you’re home if you don’t want me to they’re very well behaved they’re 2 1/2 and three almost but I can go to where they are to visit if I have to.
