About the room

You are living in a house with five other people, have access to a common room, dining room, and a kitchen. The bathroom is shared with two other people.

This house is located in the Greenfield area, is a two minute walk away from two bus stops, one which has the 58 and 93, the other has the 61C + D and the 64. This house is also down the street from a gas station, a Pizza Hut, and a giant eagle! The waterfront is only a 12 min bus ride and a 6 min car ride away.

You would be getting the largest room in the house, which is on the second floor and has two closets. One is a walk in and the other is a standard sliding door closet. Included in the sublease is a queen sized bed, a large dresser, a desk, a shoe rack, and two book cases.

Pets are allowed, but cats only please! One cat is allowed!

This house is a 9 min car ride and an 18 min bus ride from CMU, a 7 min car ride and a 26 min bus ride to PITT!

About the roomies

Hello! My name is Destiny King and I am looking for someone to take over my summer sublease! The rent is 500 (550 for pet rent) and has a max of 150 in utilities typically. I am hoping to sublease from May 15th through August 15th. I can move in earlier or later, but my latest date to move out is May 15th!
