Nice, clean, modern camper to share full time. 3 beds (one in a room of its own) one bath, kitchen, dining room, fire pit, wooded campground setting, I will probably have internet installed as well. Close to town. Small playground, volleyball, and a pool. I will not be there much. My little ones will be there with me ~every other weekend, if we are not already camping somewhere else. The closest neighbor is and older man that is friendly and has a dog. The place is quiet, safe and under new management. I am easy to get along with. No pets, and no smoking inside. I am sorry but also no guests in the camper, it is already a small shared space. If you are looking to save money and don’t mind a minimalist lifestyle, this may be a good option for you.
