Newish house, new neighborhood, small playground, sidewalks, 1 mile from town, clean, quiet, carpet, medium closet, queen bed, side table, lamp, bench, mirror, (may want a dresser), wall mount for TV, lots of light, blinds, use of kitchen and kitchen stuff, laundry and living room, private bathroom (shower/tub sink and toilet), parking for one vehicle (and motorcycle), cameras, not fancy, safe, about equidistance between Richmond and Fredericksburg… no pets, no drugs, smoking permitted outside, no Abuse of alcohol, very limited guests, you need to be clean, quiet and respectful, month to month and would prefer longer term … please ask questions. $900.00 and half utilities per month
About the roomies
