Hey everyone, my name’s Lance and I’m looking for a roommate to occupy the top floor of the house I rent in Southside flats. It’s a couple blocks off of Carson and available April 4th. Rent will be $775 plus gas and electric, water is taken care of. There’s central air and heat and a nice kitchen and a little patio out front. Your room is pictured below, with a cool staircase leading up. My last roommate got a queen mattress up there, but a boxspring won’t fit.
