The room is available beginning May 23rd, June 1 or later for either a short-term or long-term rental. It’s a really nice place, located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Ideal for a quiet, considerate female roommate. The bedroom is medium-sized with two windows and a closet. The overall layout of the apartment is spacious with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, front and back porch and yard with off-street parking. There is also a large basement with laundry and storage. The landlord takes great care of the property including snow-plowing in winter and landscaping in the summer as well as timely repairs. The bedroom is unfurnished however I can provide furniture if needed. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. tached are some photos.
The neighborhood is also really nice, close to stores, cafes, restaurants, and the Charles river. It’s a 5 minute drive to the pike and a short walk to the Harvard Square bus and express buses to downtown Boston.
Utilities are reasonable, approximately $125 a month on average for gas, electricity and internet.
Looking for a female roommate only, who is a non-smoker and drug-free. Also someone who is respectful and considerate. Although it’s an independent living situation, someone who is friendly and enjoys a fun and interesting conversation every now and again would be ideal.
