All bills/internet included for a private bedroom with a closet on the first floor of a two-story house in the heart of West Asheville (the bed in the pictures is king sized, so it takes up more of the room). The bathroom is the first door outside of the room and will only be shared with one of the housemates (me).
The living room has enough seating to host several people and a nice 4K OLED TV (great for movie/game nights).
There is a very large backyard & side yard with a fire pit, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, cornhole, and a back deck with an outdoor table / chairs. There is a covered front porch and yard as well. Feel free to have friends over and host get-togethers!
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the standard appliances (refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, electric skillet, and sink).
The house is 0.3 miles off of Haywood Road and is 7 minutes by car to the center of downtown Asheville.
