The room is on the second floor of a two-story house in West Asheville and will be unfurnished. The bathroom is on the first floor and shared with one housemate.
There is a large backyard with a fire pit and back deck. There is a front porch and yard as well.
The house is within walking distance of Haywood Street and is 7 minutes by car to downtown Asheville.
