Bath: Shared full bathroom with one other roommate.
House: Washer/Dryer unit in house. Covered backyard patio. Plenty of street parking in cul-de-sac neighborhood.
Roommate: Looking for responsible individual that is full-time employee or full time student. Proof required of current student ID/transcripts or last 2 paystubs showing proof of full time hours.
House Main Rules: No overnight guests, pets, or alcohol/drug abuse allowed.
Currently all males resides in the house’s rooms. Even though this unit is separate from the main house, please be aware that only males are currently residing on property. All are very respectful, full time workers, and quiet roommates. I am property owner, but do not reside on property.
