Kitchen: Full kitchen access. Designated pantry shelf and private use of full size fridge and freezer.
House: Washer/Dryer unit in house, covered backyard patio, and pantry shelves are divided for space among roommates. Wooden floors throughout whole house. Plenty street parking in cul-de-sac neighborhood.
Roommate: Looking for responsible individual that is full-time employee or full time student. Proof required of current student ID and transcript or last 2 paystubs showing proof of full time hours.
Major House Rules: Absolutely no overnight guests, pets, or alcohol/drug abuse allowed.
Currently all males resides in the house’s rooms. Even though this unit is separate from the main house, please be aware that only males are currently residing on property. All are very respectful, full time workers, and quiet roommates. I am property owner, but do not reside on property.
