The home all together is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2,244 sq ft, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, medium sized backyard, garage, and more! We have two rooms available to choose from. One bedroom is on the first floor and one on the second floor. We can discuss more in depth on what your preference would be!

I just added in the photos the management company took before we moved in because we’re currently cleaning out some storage around the house to prepare for a roommate. We of course would love to meet up first to see if we mesh, then you could tour the home if you like to choose what space works best for you. Typically we are tidy individuals, and with someone moving in, plan to buy a robot vacuum to keep up with pet hair, on top of the regular sweeping/mopping we do! We just want to make sure the person living with us is comfortable and feels accommodated!

There are two people living in the home, and we’re a queer couple. We’re pretty chill, in our early and mid twenties, working full time and going to school, like to play video games, love going to dinner and yapping or going out to party from time to time. We do have 5 pets currently. We have 3 cats, 1 small dog, and 1 leopard gecko. We are looking for a roommate who is either gay/queer or a woman, loves pets, and would like to be friends!!
