There are no current roomies at the time of this posting (March 11, 2026). However, the goal is to have a group of students stay at the home per the homeowners’ preference. A group of students can choose to have a single lease or separate. The entire home (4B/2b) rent is $3,200. If a qualified family or working professional/s rent the entire home, the rent would be $3,200. If a group of students rent each room, the rate would be $800 per room.
