The room is about 160 sq ft including the closet. There is a lot of sunlight and this has the best view of the home! You also have your personal parking space. The kitchen, pantry, and common areas are shared.
This location is ideal for someone who has a personal transportation. There is also a direct subway access 10 minute walk from location. There is a personal garden space for green thumbs. This area is SAFE and CLEAN.
We maintain the property regularly. All were looking for is someone who is CLEAN, respectful, and good in communication.

There are currently 2 living in the house. One is a retired teacher (54 yrs old) and works part time and the other is a counselor (57 yrs old). Most of the time, there is 1 person left in the house when the other one is working. All are fully vaccinated. The occupants always clean up after themselves when cooking or doing something. They are very respectful with other people and their space. Communication and being respectful is the key. We do require you get a renters insurance and a background check (we will initiate this).
