About the room

This is a 110sqft room with hardwood floors and one clothing drawer. The bathroom will be shared with 1 other people. There are currently 2 students living in this house. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, a bidet on the toilet, and vanity sink. You are able to access the backyard/bar anywhere you like. If you will be smoking do so outside. There is plenty of parking on the street. Internet is included, fiber optics 500Mbps. Gas is also included. Utilities are not included (water, electricity, sewage) but the price for utilities is about 80 to 100 per month depending on usage. Washer and dryer (new) is also included as well as full access to living room and kitchen areas. You are required to clean up after yourself in the common areas and shared bathroom.

Two people live in the house so far all males. Everyone gets along. There have never been any problems with them. They are easy going and nice people.
