About the room
This is a 110sqft room with hardwood floors and 1 normal size closet with 2 big mirrors. The bathroom will be shared with 2 other people, both are students. It is a big bathroom with 2 sinks, the toilet, and a bathtub/shower. You are able to access the backyard/bar anywhere you like. If you will be smoking do so outside. There is plenty of parking on the street. Internet is included newly installed fiber optics 500Mbps. Gas is also included. Utilities are not included (water, electricity, sewage) but the price for utilities is low about 70 or 80 per month. Washer and dryer is also included as well as full access to living room and kitchen areas. You are required to clean up after yourself in the common areas and shared bathroom.
About the roomies
Three people live in the house so far all males. You will be the 4th person. Everyone gets along well. There have never been any problems with them. They are easy going and nice people.
